This short course skill set will give you an overview of a cleaning program and entry level skills as a meat processing cleaner within an abattoir boning room. Training will include how to immobilise machinery and clean the boning room using a range of industrial detergents and sanitisers; thoroughly clean all storage areas; and follow safe work policies and procedures.
This skill set consists of units from nationally recognised and accredited qualifications. Successful completion can provide credit, should you pursue further study in a related qualification.
