Kalgoorlie Jobs and Skills Centre

Located on the Kalgoorlie campus of Central Regional TAFE, in the spectacular mining and resources hub that is Kalgoorlie-Boulder 559 km northeast of Perth.

We provide free professional and practical advice on training and employment opportunities including career advice, apprenticeship and training information and partnerships with industry, and also help with job searching and direct links into work.

An interesting fact about the location: The name "Kalgoorlie" is derived from the Wangkatha (Wangai) word Karlkurla or Kulgooluh, meaning "place of the silky pears".

From free resumés and CVs to training and employment advice and assistance, all services are accessible by all members of the community – individuals, jobseekers, employers, and businesses.

Professional career consultants from SMYL Community Services help job seekers find employment and assist employers in attracting and recruiting employees, supporting the Kalgoorlie Jobs and Skills Centre.
