The Diploma of Practice Management is the ideal qualification for experienced healthcare professionals who would like to progress their career to managing the operation of small to medium size health practices.
The course includes key skills and knowledge such as staff recruitment and induction; managing finances and budgets; leading and managing teams; managing business systems including billing; providing quality customer service; and encouraging continuous improvement.
High level skills and knowledge in health-related topics are also offered, including for infection control and medical terminology.

Completion of this nationally recognised and accredited qualification may provide credit towards a relevant higher level qualification or university degree, should you wish to pursue further study in this field.
