Students will explore essential topics such as workforce planning, recruitment and selection, employee relations, and performance management systems. The course structure includes a variety of elective units, enabling students to tailor their education to align with their career aspirations and interests.
This course also emphasises the importance of managing business risks and ensuring workplace safety. Students will gain valuable insights into coordinating health and wellness programmes, facilitating performance development processes, and implementing effective workplace policies. This comprehensive training prepares students to make a meaningful impact in their organisations and foster a positive workplace culture

Grow knowledge of functions such as performance development which provides an opportunity for regular feedback and learn to foster a work environment where people can perform to the best of their abilities in their role.
