You'll gain high level skills to help you cost out projects and work within a budget. You'll also learn about plant selection; plant establishment; soil health; revegetation; and how to minimise the use of chemicals.
The course will also build skills to supervise projects and teams; develop and implement programs; and provide training to your staff. Depending on where you do the course, you will be able to choose specialist units that will help you to develop technical expertise in horticulture.
Completion of this nationally recognised and accredited qualification may provide credit towards a relevant higher level qualification or university degree, should you wish to pursue further study in this field.
