You'll gain the knowledge and practical skills on how to effectively lead and supervise a work team and be successful in high level problem solving and troubleshooting; develop, manage and follow project and operational plans; manage contracts; and supervise contractors and sub-contractors.
Completion of this qualification may provide credit towards a relevant higher level qualification or university degree, should you wish to pursue further study in this field.
Please note: This qualification is not eligible for fee-free training if undertaken as an existing worker traineeship (EWT). However; selected qualifications in key industry sectors are available as EWTs, with reduced course fees (limited places may apply). This course provides individuals with the skills required to become a civil construction site supervisor and will assist with developing the skills needed to lead and supervise teams effectively. Learn about civil works, implementing operational plans and site risk management systems on construction projects, and earn the respect of your industry peers along the way.
