Scope Training (52127) will be running the Cert IV Business (Leadership) BSB40120 targeting existing workers in the Pilbara region who are looking to improve their skills and knowledge. The course will run over 12 months and consist of 5 Modules designed to be directly applicable to the workplace. Each module will be separated by 6 weeks to allow students time to get the most out of each unit and practice it’s application in the workplace. Following the face to face blocks students will then participate in a virtual training and coaching session once a month for the remaining 5 months.
