Learn to shear sheep at a professional level with this qualification, to achieve a consistent shearing performance of at least 140 crossbred sheep per day.

Through this training, you'll learn how to maintain consistent shearing performance while shearing at least 140 crossbred sheep per day.

The course  also covers equipment maintenance, animal welfare, work health and safety processes. You'll gain the skills and knowledge to shear sheep to a professional standard with increased speed and accuracy, with knowledge of how the shearing industry works, wool quality and occupational safety and health.

Completion of this nationally recognised and accredited qualification can provide credit towards a relevant higher level qualification, should you wish to pursue further study.
