Certificate III in Security Operations
Are you a licensed security guard and want to increase your employability and salary range? Or build your skills as a security officer?
This course is designed for job roles that are responsible for maintaining safety and security by patrolling, protecting and guarding property, and screening entry, monitoring behaviour and removing persons from premises. These include security officer, unarmed guard, and crowd controller. It's ideal for people who wish to deepen and broaden their skills and knowledge in security operations and lead security teams in the field, providing a pathway to further learning and work in various security roles and settings including security risk management.
The training focuses on conflict negotiation and dealing with security risk situations, and covers security documentation and reports, building workplace relations, customer service, and much more.
Completion of this nationally recognised and accredited qualification can provide credit towards a relevant higher level qualification, should you wish to pursue further study.
