You'll learn how to assemble and install a range of glazing products for both commercial and residential use. Skills you'll gain include how to safely cut, handle, move, and install glass using different tools and machinery.
Depending on where you do the course, you may be able to choose specialist units such as glazing, designed glazing, glass processing, construction work, business administration, and computer-aided design (CAD) technologies.
Completion of this nationally recognised and accredited qualification can provide credit towards a relevant higher level qualification, should you wish to pursue further study.

This qualification reflects the role of individuals involved in manufacturing, processing, moving or installing various types of glass products. Job roles may be in glass processing or glazing in both residential and commercial operations. Job Roles Workers use a range of technical knowledge to perform skilled work involving known routines, methods and procedures. They use discretion and judgement to adapt and transfer their skills and knowledge to different job needs and take responsibility for their own work within organisational parameters. Pathways into the Qualification Credit can be granted towards this qualification by those who have completed MSF20413 Certificate II in Glass and Glazing.
Duration of this Qualification: 3 year Apprenticeship.
Cost of this Qualification: Please Note: This qualification is directly aligned with priority industry areas where jobs are today, and into the future. As part of the state government Lower fees, local skills program, through to 31 December 2025 you will only pay half the tuition fees (plus resource fee) capped at $1,200; or $400 if you are aged 15-24 or eligible for a concession.

- Workshop action learning scenarios
- Workplace projects
