Certificate III in Business to Business Sales

A skilled B2B salesperson is highly valued, and can be on a great salary that also offers commissions and bonuses.

Business to Business — known as B2B — is an exciting specialisation in the business sales sector. As a B2B salesperson, you would be selling services and/or products to other businesses and building strong business to business relationships in areas such as wholesale or import.

Success in this field requires great customer service skills, communication skills, and the ability to negotiate and problem solve. You could be working on your own, or as part of a team, in an office or on the road. It can be an exciting job where you get out and about, and meet a lot of people, but there can also be a bit of pressure at times if you have set targets to meet, so you need to be well organised and able to plan your time well.

This nationally recognised and accredited qualification will get you set up with all the skills you need! Completion of this course can provide credit towards a relevant higher level qualification, should you wish to pursue further study.
