Certificate III in Bread Baking
Plain white sliced, fancy rye or sourdough — it all takes skills from a qualified bread baker!
This nationally recognised and accredited qualification will give you the skills and knowledge to become a commercial baker. You'll learn how to bake a full range of bread products including savoury, sweet yeast, artisan, and speciality flour bread products.
You’ll also learn all the other aspects of bread production including scheduling; food preparation; using commercial baking equipment; frozen dough; and finishes and fillings; as well as retail and stock inventory skills and so much more.
Completion of this course can provide credit towards a relevant higher level qualification, should you wish to pursue further study.

Australian College of Training offers apprenticeships in FBP30421 Certificate III in Bread Baking. All training is conducted as on-the-job training at your workplace.
