Western Australia is home to many beautiful trees — with this training; you can learn to cultivate, maintain and protect the environment around you. You'll also be able to promote environmental sustainability through the management of natural environments.

Through a mix of theory and practical coursework you'll learn to identify trees, manually fall trees, implement tree maintenance programs, perform pruning operations, and more.

This nationally recognised and accredited qualification is ideal for people with an interest in plant and tree management, and a real love for the botanical world. Potential job opportunities after this course include climbing arborist, ground based arborist, or elevated work platform arborist.

Completion of this course can provide credit towards a relevant higher level qualification, should you wish to pursue further study.
