Certificate II in Supply Chain Operations

Get a range of job ready skills skills and an overview of the warehousing environment through all aspects of the supply chain, to ensure goods are delivered in a quick and efficient way.

For those with good numeracy skills and an eye for detail, the practical nature of working in a warehouse can be an excellent career.

You'll gain the skills and knowledge required for ensuring accurate inventory and logistical data in the supply chain. It can lead you to roles such as warehouse assistance, freight handler, storeperson, or postal sorting officer.

You'll learn routines and procedures to ensure freight is delivered in a quick and efficient way.

Completion of this course can provide credit towards a relevant higher level qualification, should you wish to pursue further study. It's also an excellent pathway to an apprenticeship or traineeship in this industry.

This Qualification prepares students to efficiently manage supply chain tasks, ensuring smooth operational flow while following industry best practices. 

Students will learn to handle responsibilities in daily routines and procedures, ensuring work quality and contributing to overall productivity within the supply chain. The course covers essential skills, including effective communication, understanding workplace processes, teamwork, and problem-solving.

Upon completion, students will be equipped with industry-relevant skills, recognised by a nationally accredited Qualification. Students will be well-prepared to enter the logistics and supply chain sector. Recognition of Prior Learning is also available for eligible candidates, allowing experienced professionals to gain credit toward their Qualification.

The course is designed to combine theoretical and hands-on training, which can be delivered in the student’s current workplace or at one of our dedicated training facilities. Additionally, this program is available at other campus locations upon request.

Australian College of Training offers traineeships in TLI20421 Certificate II in Supply Chain Operations.  All training is conducted as on-the-job training in the workplace.  The College will customise an individual learning plan to suit your job role requirements.  Please phone (08) 9472 6111 for more information or to discuss your training options.

This qualification is delivered under Australian Apprenticeship arrangements.
