This entry-level Qualification provides students with practical experience in areas such as using digital devices, organising files, and creating job-ready resumes. Through both in-person and online learning, students will also improve their literacy and numeracy skills with customised support. The Certificate I in Workplace Skills prepares students for roles such as an office junior, receptionist, or business trainee. This course also offers a pathway to further study in courses such as the Certificate II in Workplace Skills. Students will be provided flexible learning options, job-seeking strategies, and valuable experience to help them confidently progress into the working world.  

This course is not currently available at any private training providers.
