Explore career opportunities at the Deadly Jobs Expo

Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, students, job seekers and career changers can explore jobs, training and career pathways at the Deadly Jobs Expo, taking place at South Metropolitan TAFE's Rockingham campus on 20 October.

Delivered in partnership between the State Government and South Metropolitan TAFE, the Expo will bring together more than 70 exhibitors, including employers, training providers and support services, with a focus on the opportunities available across Western Australia's growing industries.

With around 1,000 people expected to attend, the event will showcase employment, apprenticeship, traineeship and training opportunities in sectors including defence, manufacturing, construction, health, logistics and clean energy. Many employers will be actively recruiting on the day, providing attendees with the chance to discuss their skills and experience directly with potential employers.

Visitors can also access free career, training and employment advice from Jobs and Skills Centre staff, including support with career planning, resumes, job applications and interview preparation.

The Deadly Jobs Expo will be held from 9.00am to 2.30pm on Tuesday 20 October at the Kadadjiny Mia Aboriginal Learning Centre (J Block), South Metropolitan TAFE's Rockingham campus.
