The Role
We currently have an excellent opportunity available to drive the success of the AUS 4WD Equipment and AUS Mechanical Services and Europcar businesses by supporting the coordination of all aspects the AUS 4WD Equipment store operations including coordinating suitable coverage in times and supporting the Workshop team with administrative duties and parts ordering. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to the workshop staff by completing administrative duties as well as inventory management, retail and trade sales to ultimately build the brand of “AUS 4WD Equipment” in all aspects. The successful candidate will be responsible for continually ensuring “AUS 4WD Equipment” delivers a premium retail service that maximizes the guest experience and supporting the workshop and customers with the repair and maintenance service on vehicles.
The position requires a thorough understanding of vehicle servicing and repair operations in order to successfully provide support. Motivated and driven, your demonstrated experience in customer service and administration will ensure you are able to hit the ground running.
This role is NOT a FIFO role and will require the candidate to be based in Port Hedland.
Selection criteria
- Previous 4WD retail accessory experience
- Previous experience in various vehicle types, and accessory fitment compatibility desirable
- Previous experience in practical application of a broad range of 4WD accessories required
- 4WD and adventure products enthusiast
- High level of verbal and written communication skills
- High level of administration skills to ensure job cards and invoices are completed on time
- Time management and coordination skills
- Intermediate use of Microsoft Office
- Prior experience in Service Management Systems (Desirable)
- Current drivers licence (MR preferred)
