With the Meat Packer (Boning Room) Skill Set, you’ll be trained to safely handle and pack meat products in a hygienic, efficient and manner in line with industry standards. You’ll also learn to inspect meat for defects; identify cuts and specifications; and follow safe work policies and procedures within a team environment.
