This short course skill set provides entry-level training towards starting work in a business or office, administration or customer service-based role across a range of industries. It includes a work placement component, so you get actual hands on work experience. 

This training is suitable for all ages and levels of experience — whether you're just starting out on a career, returning to work, or wanting to set up your own small business. 

You'll gain introductory level digital skills and knowledge in business systems and programs, and customer service, to build your confidence and be job ready to start a great career!

This skill set consists of units from nationally recognised and accredited qualifications. Successful completion can provide credit, should you pursue further study in a related qualification such as a Certificate III in Business.

The Introduction to Digital Administration skill set will give you the skills and knowledge required to use business technology and produce business documents, use computer software and organise electronic information and data. It also covers customer service skills; including how to create a relationship with customers, identify their needs, deliver services or products and process customer feedback.

Whether you want to improve your digital literacy, better manage admin in your small business or organisation, or just brush up on your customer and admin skills, this is the skill set for you.
