North Metropolitan TAFE offers two skill sets that cover the requirements to become a tax agent registered with the Tax Practitioner's Board, this skill set and Tax Law for Tax Agents Skill Set.
This skill set focuses on commercial law. It covers everything you need to meet the TPB’s legal requirements, including key areas like contract law, consumer law, and the law of agency. By the end, you will have the expertise and confidence to navigate legal issues in your role as a tax agent, making your TPB registration process smoother and more straightforward.
