Commercial Law for Tax Agents Skill Set
This course covers the skills and knowledge required to meet the Tax Practitioners Board (TPB) educational eligibility requirements for registration as a taxation agent, preparing you for a rewarding career.
This skill set will give you the essential knowledge and skills required to navigate and apply commercial law principles, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, on behalf of clients.
You'll gain a thorough knowledge of the principles and practices of commercial, consumer and contract law, corporations and trust law, and property law as they pertain to taxation related matters. You'll also learn about the legal frameworks that govern commercial transactions, to ensure clients meet their tax obligations.
Following successful completion of this course, you will have the knowledge and skills required to apply for registration as a tax agent with the Tax Practitioners Board (TPB), enabling you to provide specialised tax services in commercial law.
