With this course you'll learn how to install refrigeration and air conditioning plant and equipment, and all about working with computing technologies used in the industry; performing engineering measurements and computations; using hand and power tools; using refrigerant chemicals safely; servicing and repairing domestic refrigeration and air conditioning systems; working with commercial and industrial refrigeration systems and equipment; installing and maintaining commercial aircon systems; and much more!
Completion of this nationally recognised and accredited qualification may provide credit towards a relevant higher level qualification or university degree, should you wish to pursue further study in this field. Note: This course is usually only available as an apprenticeship.

A comprehensive training program covers AHU’s (Air Handling Units), VAVs (Variable Air Volume systems), Chillers, Cooling Towers and ancillary equipment.
