This training will give you the skills and knowledge to move into managing and supervising the pharmacy team. It will equip you with key skills include managing staff; undertaking recruitment, selection and employment tasks; implementing and maintaining required standards according to regulations and legislation; and coordinating the promotion and sales of pharmacy products.
You'll also gain specialist skills in the supply and hire of home healthcare aids and equipment; testing blood pressure and blood glucose and advising on equipment and services for management; assisting customers with asthma care aids and equipment, continence management products, wound care products, vitamins, minerals and supplements; and more.
Completion of this qualification may provide credit towards a relevant higher level qualification or university degree, should you wish to pursue further study in this field.
