The Certificate III in Meat Processing (Food Services) is a flexible qualification allowing you to choose from a range of units for the most appropriate training in meat processing. This qualification is for individuals working in specialised meat services such as preparing specialty meat cuts, gourmet meat and providing meat preparation customer service.

This qualification covers work activities undertaken by workers in meat enterprises which undertake specialised services, such as preparing shelf ready packs from wholesalers or boning rooms, specialty meat cuts, gourmet meat, bulk value-added products, providing meat preparation customer service etc. TSA deliver training, coaching and assessment within the workplace to benefit both the employer and the participant. TSA develop in consultation with the trainee and employer an individual training plan selecting units of competency that suit your work requirements and enable career path progression.
