Learner will develop practical skills in selecting, preparing, and applying the most effective cleaning techniques, with a strong emphasis on safety and operational efficiency. Additionally, it hones communication skills, ensuring effective interaction with clients and, when necessary, the public. To complete this qualification, learners must successfully complete 14 units of competency, comprising 5 core and 9 elective units.
