The Certificate II in Leadership is designed to further develop and enhance your existing leadership skills.
A major component of this nationally recognised and accredited qualification is active participation in a team or community-based project, where you will work as part of a team to undertake a project that benefits not only the team or community, but also builds your own skills and confidence.
The course also includes training in self development, working and planning collaboratively, planning and participating in team meetings, communication skills, and to their own skill development and achievement. You'll also look at business software and digital technologies.
This is the perfect course to boost your self confidence and build your skills for that move into leadership! Completion of this course can provide credit towards a relevant higher level qualification, should you wish to pursue further study.
Please note: This qualification is not eligible for fee-free training if undertaken as an existing worker traineeship (EWT). However; selected qualifications in key industry sectors are available as EWTs, with reduced course fees (limited places may apply).
