This course will help to improve your English language skills and be confident using them every day.

This EAL (English as an Additional Language) course is a nationally recognised and accredited qualification designed for people of all ages from non-English speaking backgrounds, who wish to develop English language speaking, listening, reading and writing skills for everyday personal and social situations.

You'll also learn how to take part in informal conversations, read and write informative advice, understand and respond to written and spoken information, understand the news, and use the internet safely.

The course will also give you social, settlement and numeracy skills and knowledge to boost your confidence in a range of situations. It will also improve your skills to undertake further training and education and increase your employment opportunities.
