One Tree Community Services Inc. will offer this Certificate II in Community Services through traineeships. This qualification is for anyone working or wanting to work in community service programs. You will gain knowledge and skills in, community development, first point of contact to assist individuals, responding to clients, working with diverse people and recognising and responding to crisis situations. To achieve this qualification participants must successfully complete a total of nine units. This qualification is available as a workplace or School Based Traineeship.
