When you complete the nationally recognised and accredited Certificate II in Automotive Body Repair Technology (Vehicle Body Painting) as a pre-apprenticeship, you'll have the job ready skills and knowledge that employers are looking for when they hire an apprentice!
You'll learn how to apply refinishing primers to vehicle surfaces; clean and polish paint surfaces; remove, replace and align bolt-on vehicle body panels and components; set up and use spray painting equipment for use; prepare and mask vehicle body panel surfaces; and to restore exterior vehicle body paint.
Completion of this course can provide credit towards a higher level qualification, should you wish to pursue further study.
