You’ll learn to safely and accurately operate a bandsaw to split small stock carcasses; prepare different meat cuts in a clean and hygienic meat processing facility; apply hygiene and sanitation practices; and follow safe work policies and procedures. 

This short course skill set consists of units from nationally recognised and accredited qualifications. Successful completion can provide credit should you pursue further study in a related qualification.
