You'll learn about work sequence, and choices for appropriate technology and procedures to ensure that products and services meet customer expectations and are provided safely and efficiently, and how to develop and implement operational policies. You'll also gain skills for the technical training of personnel in your work area as well as for leadership and management of a team.
Ideally, for this qualification you should have experience working in a laboratory environment.
Completion of this qualification can provide credit towards a relevant university degree, should you wish to pursue further study.
