The Advanced Diploma of Civil Construction Design will give you the knowledge and skills needed for the roles of senior civil works designers, or paraprofessional designers who support professional engineers.
You'll develop the expertise needed to perform tasks that are broad, specialised, complex, technical, and include strategic areas and initiating activities, learn about the design of complex projects, and have high level technical knowledge to initiate solutions to problems or management requirements, and manage the civil works design process and program.
Note: This course is best suited for people who already have some background or experience in this field. If you're unsure, please seek advice from the training provider to see whether this course is the right choice for you.
Completion of this nationally recognised and accredited qualification may provide credit towards a relevant higher level qualification or university degree, should you wish to pursue further study in this field.
