You'll also gain problem solving and critical thinking skills, to help you troubleshoot technical issues and deal with challenging situations.
Completion of this nationally recognised and accredited qualification can provide credit towards a relevant higher level qualification, should you wish to pursue further study.

Telecommunications play a pivotal role in connecting individuals, cities, towns, and businesses and have become a fundamental aspect of our daily lives. This course helps you become a part of the digital community by helping you acquire the knowledge and skills to install, oversee, and troubleshoot wireless, optical fiber, and coaxial cable networks within a diverse range of dynamic environments. This course is designed for persons who want to work as telecommunications technology operators. The course will cover various aspects of telecommunications technology, such as customer cabling networks, optical fibre networks, premises cabling, radio communications, telecommunications networking, and wireless networks, assess installation requirements, plan and perform installations, test installed equipment, and fault-find when issues arise with installed equipment.
